DIGITAL ESTATE AUDIT & CONCIERGE SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. THE PARTIES

This Agreement is between Vault Legacy Australia (ABN: 44 162 648 735) ("the Provider") and the person(s) purchasing the Digital Audit ("the Client").

2. THE SERVICES (The "Digital Audit")

The Provider will deliver a one-time "Digital Asset Roadmap" consisting of:

• An identification session of the Client's digital assets.

• Instructions for native legacy settings (Google, Apple, etc.).

• Setup of an encrypted password manager.

• Disclaimer: We do not provide legal or financial advice. We are "Digital Architects" only.

3. NO ACCESS TO PASSWORDS (Crucial Protection)

Vault Legacy Australia has a Zero-Knowledge Policy. We will never ask for, record, or store the Client’s master passwords or private keys. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.

4. FEES & REFUNDS

• The fee is payable upfront.

• Refunds: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund if the service is not provided with due care and skill. Change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion.

5. PRIVACY & DATA (2026 Compliance)

We collect your name, email and other necessary information only to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal data will be deleted from our active systems 12 months after the audit unless you opt-in for our "Pulse Check" service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client. We are not liable for any loss of digital assets, hacking, or executor disputes.

7. GOVERNING LAW

Vault Legacy Australia protocols are designed to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988. While specific succession outcomes are governed by state-based legislation (such as the Succession Act 2006 in NSW or equivalent in your state), our technical architecture is built for executors and solicitors across all Australian States and Territories.
